I ordered goods from home choice on the 17th January 2013, on the 4th week I called need to know about my order. They said your parcel is already dispatched and it will be delivered to u soon. Since waiting no delivery, on the 6th week I sent sms, someone called and say your parcel was delivered on the 4th of February'13, someone signed for it and I didnt receive my parcel. The following day someone called again reminding about payment, and i ask what payment because i didnt receive any goods. She said your parcel delivered on the 26th of Jan now there are 2 different dates and there was no delivery. This happens to me for the 2nd time I reported they apologised and said wont happen again. I dont know why home choice does not stood up and do something about this. Im tired of when am suppose to get my parcels i must run to police station writing affidavit, faxing, waiting call and call and call.
