I placed an order for a single Rubybox subscription, however, last night
my bank account was debited four times.
Three times at R119 and once at R100.
I have emailed and been trying to call the call centre since 8.30am and NOTHING.
Please could I have some feedback on this ASAP.
I think I should be refunded R119x2 and R100x1!
