Stove Element not delivered

I've ordered a stove element from Macspares on Monday the 24th of June 2013. Until now, I didn't received the element. I did send emails to inquire from when the element will be delivered, but all they are sending back is the custom email they send when you order something. I've phoned them now and talk to a guy (don't know his name) and he couldn't help me, because he didn't know if the element was dispatched or where the element are! I've asked to talk to his manager named Andy. He was very rude and unprofessional! I've asked him to pay my money back and cancel the order. Just after that he put the phone down in my ear! I sure should give my banking details so that he can refund me! So unprofessional! I've phoned him again to confront him about putting his phone down in my ear. He was telling me he would NEVER put the phone down in his client's ear! He told me I must send an email to [Email Removed] to give him my banking details. I did so and now waiting on a reply! I will NEVER do business with them again! Bad service!!! Please don't ever order something at Mac Spares in Johannesburg!!!
