I ordered a Rubybox several months ago and specifically emailed to ask that it be a once-off order. I received a response confirming it would be so. A month later I noticed Rubybox erroneously debited me. I emailed them and they paid the amount back into my card, assuring me the subscription was cancelled. Then on 29 April I emailed Rubybox again to say that ONCE AGAIN, I was erroneously debited. I received only the automated response promising they'd get back to me in 24 hours. A few days later I emailed them again and again received only the automated promise. Now the Rubybox I never ordered has been delivered. I often order from the fantastic shop, and only order the occasional Rubybox but I preferred not to have the monthly subscription. Still... No response from the usually excellent Rubybox customer care.
