It started out as a complaint because I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my order, but after the phone call from Mariki at Rubybox I just want to say thank you for your feedback, fast reply and excellent client service. I cant wait to get my parcel and look forward to my surprise Your stunning performance made me change my mind and not cancel my subscription to the rubybox.
