Dear "Rubybox"
I am extremely disappointed with this months rubybox (again). You claim that the contents of every rubybox is R250 or more, but that is definitely not the case! This month I received a Piz Buin lip balm, which is nice, but the rest are samples! Tressem? shampoo and conditioner, and two very very tiny samples of Bourjois foundation. Come on Rubybox!! All those put together can hardly be worth R250!!! It's not even worth the R119 I have to pay for my subscription every month!! It can't even be worth half of that!! All you do is from people like me, who are excited for the beauty treats each month but are disappointed each time.
