I signed up for the May rubybox, completed the survey regarding replacing the regular box with a grazia box responding no. The following day I decided to spoil myself some more and to order an additional subscription to receive the grazia box.

Their system would not allow me to opt-in for the grazia box or to edit the response on the survey. I emailed rubybox to inform them of this and requested that I receive one rubybox and one grazia box. I received a response that I have to opt-in for the grazia box - obviously whoever responded did not read my initial email. I replied to their response stating that their system would not allow me and never heard from them again.
The boxes were delivered and I received two ruby boxes and not what I requested.

I have emailed three times requesting a remedy with no response, only one automated response email promising someone will get back.

The second rubybox has not been used and I would prefer returning it in exchange for the grazia box.
