I have decided to write a hellopeter report because the emails that I have sent (last Thursday), querying, inter alia, this issue before I decided to buy, have not been replied to.
Please also reinstate the 20 rubyrands deducted when I placed a rubybox subscription order - I don't know why I had 20 rubyrands deducted when I paid the full price of R119.95.
