It is now 19/06/2013 after an email has been sent no response, I have not received my rubybox that according to your website should be delivered between 8 -15 of each month???
Seriously guys??? Why does this continue to happen? I have put in a complaint before.
Again seriously dissappointed. I love receiving the rubybox every month however this is the cherry on top i am considering cancelling my subscription.
