I bough a voucher for a sushi platter at Rhapsody in Greenpoint. I tried for days to call Rhapsody to make a reservation, and got no response. As the voucher was about to expire, i went to the restaurant, hoping i would be served even though I hadn't made a booking. To my surprise the place was empty and to-let signs were on. I contacted City Slicker (via email, as there phone lines are forever disconnected) to let them know, and to ask to be refunded my money. This was 2 weeks ago. I still have had no response from them (2 emails later). I feel my money should be refunded.
