Cityslicker really slacks when it comes to customer service. No direct phone number to call. emails are confirmed but not answered. I had a voucher that I wanted to redeem so I travelled from one end of Cape Town to the other to go for lunch at Rhapsody's in Greenpoint only to find out the place was closed down. Why does Cityslicker not communicate this to all the people who bought vouchers there?
Take a leaf out of the Groupon service- never had any such hassles there!
