WAITING FOR VOUCHER

I bought a city slicker voucher for acrobranch in january, but the voucher was not sent through to me although the monies debited from my credit card, i sent two emails to city silcker requesting my voucher as i would like to use it as it expires soon, i was first requested to send proof of payment which i did, no response, second time, still awating a response not the automatic message that gets sent from city silcker very time a query gets logged.
