I orderd a cleaning voucher from cityslicker, and the company they promoted was just as uselss, so I requested my voucher to be cancelled.
I was told that it would be refunded and will take 10-15 working days, this was on teh 05/12/2013.
Early JAn 2014, I contacted them and the voice machine says i should not leave a voicemail but email, so I did, once again was promised my refund in a few days and still no response.
I want my money back, nad it seems that Cityslicker is good at taking your money upfront and "not delivering" as they should.
i use other online shopping suppliers and have never experienced problems like this before. EVER.
