I want my money back

I bought a restaurant voucher last year October. Which was valid from 26.10.12 - 26.12.12.

When I went there on the 26.12.12 which was the last day the restaurant was close with no notification. The next day I phoned them to ask what I need to do now their response was " Well its not our duty to refund you, City Slicker agreed to refund all the customers who bought vouchers". Ive been trying to get hold of City Slicker ever since and no reply from them. I left a voice message on their answering machine, Ive send numerous emails to Pauline and info Ive even left a message on their wall on Facebook but no luck. The voucher have expired now and 4 months later im still struggling to get someone to call or email me back.

I DON'T THINK THIS A JOKE ANYMORE.I WANT MY MONEY BACK... EVEN IF IT MEANS I HAVE TO ROCK UP AT THEIR OFFICES I WILL DO THAT .I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ONLINE SKELM DEALINGS.
