I have been trying to get my domain back online as it had gotten suspended. Once I saw the suspended account tried to contact the company to assist with payment. Service was very short and abrupt but it was fine as long as I could get it all sorted. Managed to make payment immediately, gave the relevant email information via their Skype support and once I was done with payment all correspondence on their part stopped. I am unable to get a response from them at all. And they are online on Skype and telephones not available and support tickets not answered. My invoice shows paid BUT my domain on co.za continues to show suspended so I am unable to use my domain. Not only that logged into their page today and I now have another invoice of R19 which did not show yesterday and I settled everything. Now all I want is the product I paid for and also some feedback. They are the worst customer service I have ever come across. Pathetic. Even when emailing through FB page you need to then pay to send an email. Customers are a joke here. This is not a difficult request and it seems all customers can go fly a kite to them.
