Complaint / review / scam report

I received an invoice for a domain renewal for our doamin on the 10th of December. This was paid immediately, but clearly not picked up on the Afrihost system, as I received a further email on the 13th asking for payment. I then made contact with the accounts department at Afrihost to say that it had been paid and was sent a mail confirming that they had received payment.

We were however suspended from our website, which generates our business stopped working, this has cost us many thousands of Rands. Our email has also been suspended causing our business to grind to a halt.

All this because of Afrihosts complete and utter incompetence.

Don't use this company!!
