Our domain was suspended because Amplehosting said we did not pay them, when we sent the proof of payment they said that it was an old bank account so they do not process payments from there so we paid them again and sent the proof of payment 5 times to them and when they eventually responded they said we had to pay another amount for them to unsuspend our account and we paid that amount but still our domain is still down and when we call them they say we will look at the problem. It is Saturday and they do not work on Saturdays.
