Excellent online service with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

As my domain and email hosts I have opted to pay them yearly. Which I have done now for many years, on time as soon as I receive my invoice. This year however I've decided to pay two invoices together (domain and email hosting) with both reference numbers as proof of my payment next to each other, but this was too much for them, I had to explain this payment via telephone and email NUMEROUS times before, a month later SOMEONE at webnow at last managed to allocate my payment... Jippee! And now for the last two days I can't get any emails because - yes, guess what, my domain EXPIRED! Two months after they acknowledged that they allocated my annual payment. I know time flies these days, but really. So although I had all the trouble and frustration just to get them to allocate my payment, they STILL allow my domain to expire even though it is fully paid up until May 2014.
