Last year October 2012 my Internet domain has been suspended because Uniforum did not receive the yearly renewal fees. My ISP never communicated this to me.
On Uniforum's website I made a credit card payment via their website on 2012/11/05. The domain was reactivated again.
About 2 weeks later, suddenly the domain was deactivated again and marked unpaid. The downtime was causing me serious damage so I made another on-line payment on 2012/11/21 so the domain can be activate urgently while I dispute the payment.
It started with an email to Accounts. A "Maggie" responded who refused to assist as she wanted an invoice number. However this was a credit card payment done from their website and I provided all contact details and domain name. The conversations went on throughout Dec with Maggie and all I got was arrogant "I won't help you" responses.
I sent a final email to Uniforum (2013/01/16), to accounts, support, Neil Dundas (CEO), Theo Kramer, Vika Mpisane and Octavia Kumalo with absolutely 0 response. A resent resulted in 0 as well.
The double charge is a act in my view.
I URGE everyone who deal directly with Uniforum to NEVER pay on-line, and limit dealings with COZA.
