Complaint-Refund not done

On 28th February 2013, I paid for a function that was being held 16 March 2013, we had an enjoyable evening the service was great and everything went off without a hitch.

The function however came to less than what I had initially deposited, and a refund was due to me. It is 6 weeks later and I still have not been refunded, I requested that the money be paid back electronically, but because it is only /- R3 000.00, they cannot do an EFT and was told that I will be issued with a cheque, which I will have to deposit & wait 14days to clear.

In utter frustration I called this morning to speak to Richard Keet who is the manager, but was told that he is on leave, Deidre who is his assistant, handled my call, and was very apologetic, but after so much emails back and forth "I am sorry" really means nothing.

I was hoping to speak to the manager himself because I feel I have been very patient and needed to understand why it was such a battle to get the refund.

I also needed to know why they could not do and EFT even though the amount was so small, because after my battle to get the money refunded and if they valued me as a client they would have done everything to keep me happy
