Refund still not done

After making the complaint-on the 13th nobody has still refunded me. We went into the store on the 13th and was told by Fazlin (assistant manager) that she will pay the money and Nicole would reimburse her. She went into the office and when she came out she said that we would need to wait for the refund. We left without the money and without an apology from Nicole. Lauren also spoke to my mother and I but was speaking on top of my mother while she tried explaining. Tracey called Friday morning (14th) (store manager) and advised that the area manager will drop the money off by my mother as she does not work far from the store, seconds later i got a call from her again asking me to remove the complaint I initially put on hello peter, i declined because i wanted this sorted. Typically this money has still not been refunded. Funiwe called from Cell C Friday (14th) and told me she would call me back the same day and i am still waiting.. THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT AND WE WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST!!! I do not wish to speak to Funiwe again! Its now been 5 weeks and I am still waiting!!!
