Refund outstanding since 3 April 2013

I am the premium payer on my Mom's medical aid. I moved her from Medihelp to Gems w.e.f 01/03/2013. She receives a government subsidy which was confirmed before the 1st premium was due. I noticed on 3 April 2013 that the full premium was deducted from my account. I called the Gems Call Centre, who requested a refund but could not commit to a date when it will be paid. I phoned again on 12 April, to be informed that the refund was not requested and the credit is still on the account. I insisted to speak to a supervisor and spoke to Frasier Maduna who explained that refunds were only done on Fridays. Being Friday, I missed the deadline and the refund will be processed on 19/04/13. I was not refunded as promised, I left a message for Frasier yesterday, he did not return my call. When I called this am, I was told that because the next premium is due, I was not refunded, the next months premium will be with held and I will definately receive a refund this week. When? Why? I would like the refund immediately, I have been waiting 3 weeks for money, which is mine, which should not have BEEN DEDUCTED IN THE first place.
