This is the 6th day I have been waiting for discovery to reimburse me for my claim. I received a email on Friday 5 days after I submitted the claim telling me that they have paid out the claim to the service provider even though I have sent in the claim in my personal capacity. I contacted them with regards to this an was told that they will sort it out within 24hours but still without prevail. This is really incompetent and must be embarrassing for a big company that can even distribute their claim payouts on time and correctly!!!
