I submitted a claim to Discovery more than two weeks ago and included required documentation and proof/invoices. The claims department infomred me that everything was approved and processed 12/01/2013 and that i would be paid out by Wednesday 16/01/2013. I called them today and they advised that the payout will now onnly be processed and paid out on Monday 21/01/2013. This has become extremely frustrating as everytime I call in they have another story and keep extending the date that the payout is suppose to occour. I have been a Discovery health member for over 10 years and seriously going to consider another service provider due to this bad service from Discovery
