My wife had lost one of the 4 screws in her favourite sun glasses. We happened to de shopping in Tygervalley so she handed them in to Eye Q and requested that all 4 screws be replaced so they would all match and fully expecting to pay for the service. About 30 minutes later the store smsed and we went to collect the glasses and guess what? IT WAS FREE OF CHARGE! Well done Eye Q
