Going the extra mile

I want to thank Specsavers Blueroute for their excellent service.
My glasses nose rubbers needed replacing, I went into the store and asked if they replace the rubbers and how much they charge. They gentleman said they do and not to worry about the charge.

He took my glasses and said it would take 10mins. After about 1-2 mins (which feels longer when your sight is impaired) they gave it back to me brand new. Rubbers replaces, screws tightened and glasses Crystal clear!

He refused payment, and I just want to thank Specsavers for this blessing, as they demonstrated what excellent customer service is which is going the extra mile. I really didn't have a lot of money on me and thats why I was finding out first.

I can assure you that I have been telling my friends how Specsavers blessed me and how they went the extra mile.
