Just a note to let you know that I was totally disgusted as to how I was treated at discovery people were hearing me out but not listening and I was felt as if I was treated like an after explaining my disappointment to them, I thing that between planet fitness and Vitality someone could at least have helped me and we could have come to a compromise. but all is well because I closed my account with planet Fitness and cancelled my discovery Vitality as well since no one is helpful and I don't really see a need for using vitality if you get treated like an and that they cant explain anything clear to a person.
