My appendix burst and despite 3 visits to GP and 2 at night to hospital, my account is rejected as I was not referred by GP. When you phone for help you get a call centre. I survived 9 days with a burst appendix. Saint Augustine hospital missed this twice despite xrays and ultra sound. A family member managed to find the xrays and diagnosed the problem and saved my life. Momemtum are now disputing the claim and say it is hypertension?
