I just want momentum health to know the reason why i cancelled with them.
I went to my doctor in Feb, and for the first time i felt very sick, my hands were killing me and i had this bad allergy on my face, so he said its best i get admitted to hospital to find out whats going on with me... tried to get admitted to hospital from the monday, momentum said they will need to authorize it, now remember i am in pain and anyways i was patient, but nothing happened, tuesday went, nothing happen, then wednesday they come back and said they didnt receive documents from doctors, then resubmitted it, then thursday they said i need to go and make an affidavit... finally after all this they gave me admission to hospital the friday and i went in at 2pm. Momemtum only allowed me 1day to stay at hospital, my attending doctor tried his best to get test and xrays etc done. but i could not see the skin doctor and could not do tests at neuro dept as time was up for me to go home as i only had one day admission. i had to go to skin doctor privately which i used my specialty visit, but i had to pay cash upfront of R750 and i only got back 352 from momentum and my allergy died out and left marks
