My left eye was infected with TB 5 years ago. I must now have a surgery to my eye in Cape Town.
Between the Doctor, my broker and myself are now trying to get from Discovery since 28/03/13 as to what the they will pay for the lens in plant in my eye. We have about 10 reference numbers 10 different information of what will be paid and what will not be paid.
The people you talk to do not even know what you want and is not interested in your complaint. To talk to a manager no ways they are some that you can not speak to you. You are refereed to so many people but now one can help you or will I say not INTERESTED.
I'm fed up with Discovery. They every month take your money and then it is good member!!! NO SERVICE WE ARE THE MIGHTY MED. AID. WAKE UP DISCOVRY AND DO WHAT i PAY YOU FOR.
