Over a week ago I personally placed a claim into the outside 'Claims Box' situated on the door of its head office in Sandton, when I called today to follow-up they 'claimed' to have not received the claim?? How much more simpler could I have made it, I deposited it in the claims box right outside the building. Perhaps I should have mailed it to them??
I now have a frustrated doctor to deal with and I am shocked because I have submitted my claims this way for years?
Please could someone assist me with this urgent matter.
