Resolution Health Medical Scheme
NO FEEDBACK AND/OR CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM

I was admitted to a hospital more than a month ago already. I had to pay almost R14000.00 cash, before i could be admitted. According to Resolution's Trish, everything was in order, and as soon as my PMA form was sent to my GP (from Resolution) and he returned it, my money would be paid back directly and ASAP! I have informed Resolution Health telephonically with ALL THE CORRECT detail, fax numbers etc etc. Friday, i was at the GP's offices, and they have STILL not sent through the form!

I will proceed with a damages claim against Resolution Health, as R14000.00 doesn't grow on my back and am i currently struggling to keep head above water.

If there is someone that can help.
