I had sent through proof of payment and supporting documents to Resolution, did not receive a response to say that it was received. so I called a week later to find out what had happened, they said they did not receive the claim, so I resent the original mail I had sent, only to call them today and to hear that it was only processed two days after I had resent it again and that they pay out claims every two weeks. I will only receive payment next Wednesday because Monday is a public holiday. This is not the first time that this has happened.
