Hosmed Medical Scheme
A Medical Application that has taken too long

I was a Hosmed Member a a beneficiary under my mothers name, until I turned 23, which like all other medical aids, apparently excluding Fedhealth, you get throw off as a beneficiary. I, since then, have been attempting to apply for Medical Aid under the same scheme. the first application was made late 2011, when i followed up as too why it had taken so long for me to get a response, I was told it was because certain documents were outstanding. these were sent through in April. My mother then reapplied on my behalf in November 2012, we only get response now that i must resend my proof of payment, and only after we called in to followup.

this is extremely bad service!
