I cancelled Vitality in December 2013 and received confirmation of this. At the beginning of January, Discovery still deducted the amount charged for Vitality along with my medical aid payment. I contacted the call centre who informed me that according to their system Vitality was not deducted. The consultant handled the query excellently and instructed me to e-mail my bank statement. Within a few days of sending the statement, my account was credited.
