My name is Constance Lidia Fernandes. Vitality Member No. 2413866 as from May 2013.
Old Vitality Card No. 0084 8210 0554 3660.
I received a phone call today from Discovery Health, Vitality. The lady asked me if I would like to join
Vitality again.
I said "What do you mean, again. I have been a Vitality member for years now".
She said "No Mrs Fernandes you Vitality was cancelled in February 2011 due to non payment."
I said " Does it take Discovery over two years to phone me about this. I have been swiping my card all these
years and nothing is happening!!! This is not on, this is absolutely disgusting, I cannot believe this.
She apologised profusely on behalf of Discovery.
I just cannot believe this has happened. How can they take over two years to tell me that my Vitality has been
Cancelled. I have had to re-join now.
