In my first report I mentioned that It took me almost 2 months to become a member with Bonitas Medical Aid. I FINALLY manage to become a member after having so much difficulty but now I have yet another serious problem!! I have epilepsy and bipolar and have been taking chronic medication for many years now. I have been trying to sort out my medication since end of December 2013 as I am already due for medication since beginning January 2014. I am now almost 2 weeks without medication and my problem is STILL not resolved!!! I can NEVER be without these medication as it increases my chances to get an epileptic fit!! I have dealt with numerous people now at Bonitas, even writing e-mails to the CEO but still nothing!! People simply just NEVER get back to you!!! Seems like the harder I try to resolve this matter, the harder they make my life difficult! Dealing with Bonitas has become a huge frustration to me and that is why I decided to write yet another complaint on hello peter for everybody to see... I know they will make another phone call in the morning or so like last time, but yet again fail to commit in resolving my problem. I don't recommend Bonitas...
