REDTAPE NIGHTMARE

Changed banks. Tried to change banking details. Most places it is done over the phone and is immediate. NOT so Bonitas. I need to go to bank, have statement stamped and signed and then e-mail to them - this in the face of having done my entire banking change without setting foot in the bank. Bonitas is like BEEP Bank - Steve would be proud of you. The turn around time for confirmation that it is done is 5 working days. Are we living in the Bronze Age or what?

I am changing my medical Scheme next year - the red tape at Bonitas is incredible.
