Completely ridiculous that my internet banking is suspended because of 'non-payment' when; no notification of payment deduction was received, no notification of the returned debit was received, no notification of suspension of the service was received. Really??? And then of course no-one is available to resolve this at this hour when I login to do internet banking, typical; with the reason in the site stating' type in correct details' rather than stating the actual reason for non-access!!! Just the reason to switch, astonishing that more people aren't!!!
