Sent email to them on 8&11 April, STILL NO ANSWER! my mail to them: October '12 went on you scheme & specifically asked a lady - Tony 2 please make sure we both covered from1-11-12, my boy fell sick & realized we were not yet covered? I called & nobody had an answer, I drove 2 ur head office in boskruin on 16-11-2012, they came across a document that was mailed to me but never received? I was so upset about this as I stipulated 2 please make sure we were covered from 1-11-2012 & NOBODY bothered 2 make a call & resolve this matter. As far as I have been aware both of us should have been covered from 1-12-2012, I received a sms couple months ago saying account had been suspended, I called 2 find out what was going on & with Ref No. 450666 (11-3-2013)- lady said that account was suspended but was lifted & everything was up 2 date! Now I ask u what the are u people doing by deducting R3472.00 on 2-4-2013 from my account??? I noted that u NEVER took ANY debit orders from my account before?? How can u deduct this huge amount from my account without ANY notification, how did u NOT pick up that there was NO debit orders coming off my account?
