WHERE IS MY MONEY?

I was promised my savings money from my cancelled membership (which I need direly) would be paid into my account by yesterday, the 9th of April. WHERE IS IT. If I dont get this money, and my bond goes off a second time this Friday, the 12th of April. I am in a world of s%^&t.

I expect my money in my account today!!! I dont want to hear any more sad excuses of bad management and your enquiry has been "escalated".
