My claim - Sanlam with false promise

I resigned last month from my previous employer and I was told that I can expect the money mid april.
Today when I contacting Sanlam I am told money will not be deposited this week, but it will be deposited next week.

Please I need the money asap as i need to payoff other loans I have as I promised them I am expecting money this week (which is mid of april as per promise).

Please I need my money bank before friday as I dont see any reason why you are still busy releasing the funds. Please find my ID number below so you can check in your system.
