Training and manners needed

In January i cancelled my discovery health & vitality membership due to high prices. so in March i get a call from a representative informing me that i have outstanding debt at Discovery. I then replied to the mail asking for my contract and proof of credit application, after waiting an entire month with no reply from Discovery my wife phoned them again this morning and spoke to Reshma Dhanbir who avoided all the question about my pending request for the contract & credit application. so my wife gave up and Reshma for our last complete claim statement as well as the banking details and the outstanding amount. We received the claim statement at 9:06 but nothing else. I phoned again at around 10 or 11 am and the person i got to ensured me she would mail Reshma and ask her to call me which never happened. I phoned again at 3pm and spoke to Callen Naidoo who was very condescending in his tone but atleast he sent the info and his team leader has never learned how to use or operate a phone since i asked to be put through twice with no luck. Now i wonder why i must pay if they clearly don't want the outstanding money
