On 19 December 2012, I submitted a claim to Discovery for payment. It has been nearly 5 months and I have not received payment of my claim. Every time I call the contact centre I am told a different excuse as to where the claim is in the processing que. I have not received any communication from Discovery regarding the claim (apart from a refernce number). I am shocked that after almost 5 months and countless phone calls this matter is nowhere near resolution.
