I resigned from Resolution and never received for a year any correspondence from them, now i am receiving an email indicating that i have to pay them still an amount of R428.00
I did pay my premiums every month but never did i received an notification that there was an increase September 2012.
I am a member since 2008 and never did i pay an increase during the year only in January so this is a surprice for me.
They also did not pay my full optometrist account I had to pay R320.00 out of my own pocket.
I paid for January 2013 R2712.00 and February 2013 R2712.00 so what happened with my premiums?
I told Venus I would like the details of the person where i can complain about the R428.00 that I have to pay but she keeps on telling me I have to pay and no details were given.
Why must I pay if i did not received a notification? I want proof that the notification was sent to me.
