We checked in at Durban Spa on the 27 May 2013 Room 1203, our stay at Durban Spa was most unpleasant. From the receptionist to the cleaning staff and security was very unhelpful and rude. The ladies that were cleaning our room cleared towels in the morning and only brought back towels at 2 PM we had to wait from the morning till 2 PM to have a shower after getting back from the Jacuzzi. In the hospitality environment you must be friendly, helpful and warm, you need to make guests feel welcome and this was the total opposite that we received from Durban Spa.
