My husband and I decided to spoil ourselves to a day of relaxation at the Moments of Wellness Day Spa in Midrand, Lever Road. When we got there I confirmed the appointment and was told to wait. About 5 min later the therapist told me that there was a mistake and the package excludes two treatments. I then told her that I had paid for what was mentioned on Groupon and that is what i want done. She then called the Owner who didn't want to offer us the treatments as advertised. I then spoke to the owner who then told me that if I don't like what they are offering, i must get my money back from Groupon. Then she told her staff not to provide any service to us and we must leave. Then the owner called the reaction unit to get us off her premises. I was made to feel as a criminal when I was the one that did nothing illegal, if anything, the owner has misled the Groupon customers. The owner then came to the Spa with a gentlemen who was abusive and threatening. Such behaviour is totally unacceptable and I do feel sorry for all those who have purchased vouchers for this establishment. The owner of Moments of Wellness Day Spa is a, abusive and a!!!
