After death you are meaningless

I dont even know where to start with the nature of this case. On 24 August 2012, i gave birth to a beautiful baby boy Uphile, a few months later, November to be exact, i phoned Discovery to ask wha is thier procedure on adding my son on the medical aid what would they need, they told me automatically he has been added on but they will send me forms so i can get a new card with his name added on. Then a month later he started getting sick he had to be rushed to Ngwelezane (a public hospital. I then immediatly phoned Discovery explaining the situation at hand, it was the 3rd of January, then the lady i spoke to there understood the emergency of the matter and ask what was wrong with him i told her i did know yet as they were still running tests on him. On the 4th of January, Dr Ladie from Empangeni Garden Clinic was helping me get an authorisation number he spoke to Dr Cresma (sp) from Dicovery who then approved everything. On the 19th my son past away. Then on the22nd Discovery calls to say my son's bill of R192000 is on me and they have taken him off the membership 'cause i wsant specific on the form what was the illness!! Seriously?! Wait till he dies to see all that, how heartless
