In 2 January 2013 I gave notice to end my contract, After giving notice I went in to the emergency room, and was told that I have to go in to hospital for a G-Scope. I contacted Discovery from the hospital on 28/01/2013
day before going in for a G-scope (29/01/2013) for authorisation. I was given an authorisation code and told to go ahead with the procedure. After leaving Discovery health medical aid scheme the following month as per my notice given beginning January 2013 I was contacted by Discovery claiming that they paid the hospital and that I was to refund them for bills paid. This after they gave authorisation and paid the doctors bills. I have sent numerous emails, and complained to various employees phoning me for payment. To date I have had no proper feedback, and have only received threats from Discovery that I will be placed on ITC for an account that they are not assisting me in resolving, even after numerous attempts.
