Spoke to Rachel on 27/03/2013 and she confirmed delivery of medication the same day. Meds was sent to their dispatch on Wed 26/03/2013. Today is 3/4/2013 and meds have still not been delivered. MyFather's meds are now finished. He is 84 years old and suffers from heart condition. He gets anxious when his meds are late. This is not the first time that they have said they would deliver and then don't. The last time it took them about a week to do so and only after threats were the meds delivered.
